Emily Schaub is a gender and women’s empowerment research specialist with over a decade of experience conducting MEL, mixed methods research, and gender analysis for diverse NGO, foundation, private sector, and public sector clients. Her technical experience is in study design, data collection and analysis, knowledge management, knowledge management, and impact storytelling. She has worked on a broad range of issues related to gender, including gender norm transformation, women’s economic empowerment, agriculture and climate change, sexual and reproductive health and rights, unpaid care work, entrepreneurship, and financial inclusion. Emily holds a Master of Arts in International Development and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Service from American University.
